About the Rising Beyond Parenting Plan
Our parenting plans are not only curated specifically for when divorcing a narcissistic and abusive partner, but customized to your life and situation.
- You will receive an in-depth questionnaire that identifies your outcome goals and patterns of abuse to help predict your ex partner’s behavior.
- You will meet and partner with a qualified and experienced Rising Beyond Team Member four four (4) hours to collaboratively create a parenting plan for your attorney to review and/or to bring to mediation, if you are representing yourself. You will have the option to add additional one-on-one time with the Rising Beyond professional for an additional charge.
- You will have your parenting plan created with the leading software for creating and managing custody agreements.
- Your parenting plan will be created based on your state’s factors of what a judge considers when determining the child’s best interest, making the plan more streamlined for a judge to review.
PricingThe full price of the Rising Beyond Parenting Plan Preparation is $597, with a deposit of $297 required at sign-up. The remaining $300 will be charged at the time of your session.
