The Rising Beyond Parenting Plan
The goal is to keep you out of court after your divorce is final. Yes, even with a Narcissistic Ex.
A thorough and well-thought-out parenting plan specific to the nuances within abusive relationships will help prevent you from having to go back to court over and over again.
Wouldn’t it feel amazing to go into mediation (many states require this before you go in front of a judge):
About the Rising Beyond Parenting Plan
Our parenting plans are not only curated specifically for when divorcing a narcissistic and abusive partner, but customized to your life and situation.
- You will receive an in-depth questionnaire that identifies your outcome goals and patterns of abuse to help predict your ex partner’s behavior.
- You will partner with a qualified and experienced Rising Beyond Team Member to collaboratively create a parenting plan for your attorney to review and/or to bring to mediation, if you are representing yourself.
- You will have your parenting plan created with the leading software for creating and managing custody agreements.
- Your parenting plan will be created based on your state’s factors of what a judge considers when determining the child’s best interest, making the plan more streamlined for a judge to review.
Right now, we are offering a discounted rate of $247 for up to 5 protective parents in exchange for collaboration and your feedback to ensure our process is as streamlined and supportive as possible. If you are interested, please fill out the contact form, providing a safe email and phone number.
*Did you Know? According to Forbes, the median rate of an uncontested divorce in 2023 is $7,000 when both parties hire attorneys. You know that yours will be highly contested and can range into the 6-figure range depending on the number of assets and extreme disagreements around custody and decision-making responsibilities for the children.
The average hourly rate of a family court attorney in 2022 is $313/hour, usually with a required retainer between $3K-$10K upfront.
Contested divorces on average take a year+ to go from the filing to receiving final orders.
