Coaching Services
There is a difference between coaching services (oftentimes referred to as “life coaching”) and counseling services. The coaching services provided by Rising Beyond PC will not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for mental health disorders. While the coaching provided by Rising Beyond PC may feel emotional and will deal with difficult topics, we will not provide counseling services to our members. We will not focus on issues of pathology or unresolved trauma or issues of the past. We may identify patterns from past behaviors and past relationships with a focus on how to find success and joy in the future.

Membership
By signing up for the Basic/Group membership, I agree to the following conditions:
- I understand that I am responsible for payment for the monthly membership service.
- I understand that I may cancel my Basic Membership at any time. I understand that Rising Beyond PC requires 14 day notice prior to the monthly charge to cancel the service.
- I understand that reimbursement will not be provided.
- I understand that joining the Group Membership Plan requires a 6 month commitment and that I am responsible for the entirety of the fees of the membership whether I complete the 6 month commitment or not.
- I agree to refrain from making inconsiderate, rude, judgmental, and oppressive comments while participating in the conversations on the Rising Beyond PC Forum or in a group coaching session.
- I agree to remain on topic of the theme of the current forum discussion.
- I understand that should I share a comment deemed inappropriate by Rising Beyond PC, this comment will be deleted from the forum discussion. I understand that I may contact Rising Beyond PC via email to inquire about the removal of a comment.
- I understand that should I have two comments deemed inappropriate by Rising Beyond PC, I will be removed from the forum for a period of 14 days and will be on probation after returning to the forum. I understand that I may contact Rising Beyond PC via email to inquire about the removal from the forum.
- I understand that if, while on probation, I make another comment deemed inappropriate by Rising Beyond PC, I will be removed as a member of the membership. I understand that if this occurs, I will not be reimbursed for fees already incurred.
Parenting Plan Solutions
The "Loophole-Free Parenting Plan" program offered by Rising Beyond Power and Control (RBPAC) is designed to provide guidance and support to survivors of narcissistic abuse as they create parenting plans to present to their attorneys for review. RBPAC and our program facilitators are not licensed attorneys, and we are not providing legal advice, and we emphasize the importance of working with a qualified attorney to ensure that your parenting plan complies with relevant laws and regulations specific to your jurisdiction. This program should be viewed as educational and informational in nature, and not as a substitute for professional legal counsel. By participating in our program, you acknowledge that you are responsible for seeking the legal guidance necessary to finalize and implement your parenting plan. If you have any legal questions or concerns, please consult with a licensed attorney who can provide you with personalized legal advice based on your unique circumstances.
